Greetings friends and papercrafters.   Welcome to another CottageCutz creations.  Boy is this a beauty or what.  Don't you just love this house.  The die is called Victorian House W/Tower.  It's a stunning die for sure.
And what beautiful house wouldn't be complete with out the lock and keys to keep the burglars out.  You can see the Victorian Lock and Keys die that was used to the left.  I hung them on a little hanger brad.  I love that embellishment so much!  There are a couple of pearls accenting the keys too.  The Vine die is ued under the pretty rose and caress the house perfectly.
Thank you so much for stopping by to view my creation today.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you soon.  Here are the dies used:

Sewing Themed Pocket Letter Swap

Hello friends and crafters.  Have you gotten involved with the Pocket Letter Pal craze yet?   I think it's a wonderful new way to have a pen pal.  This is from a Pocket Page Swap over at Creating the Crafty Life.  The theme for May was Sewing and this is what I sent my partner.
This is a custom box I created to house the Tim Holtz Dress Form mini die.  The sewing machine is a blinged up CottageCutz die.  The rose is spellbinders and the lace doily is Prima.
This is a wallet that holds tubes of glitter, beads, and sequins.  The tutorial can be found at Bona's Youtube Channel here at LiveLoveScrap.
This is how it opens to the inside-isn't that cute.  How could you not want to make and send one of these, right!
The box I made to house my pocket letter.  Yes, I know, I know-it's supposed to go in a #10 envelope, but I made mine thick.  It was my first one by the way!!!!  I used Kaisercraft paper for this project.
Last but not least the pocket letter.  It was so much fun to make.  Really hard to photograph these things though-- you get a reflection from the plastic.  I love making them.  I just make another one with a Mason Jar theme that I will share soon.  I am on to another swap with a Paris Tea Party theme.  That will be so much fun.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you soon!

CottageCutz Victorian Birdcage

Greetings friends and papercrafters.  For today's creation for CottageCutz dies is this lovely card using the Victorian Birdcage, Flourish Bird Corner and the Flourish Vine.
Don''t you love the background paper.  It has little bird cages.  I just had to use it-it goes along so well with the theme.  Look at the beautiful lines and scrolls in the birdcage.  It's so pretty.  I painted it with glue and sprinkled with glitter.
You can see the bird flourish corner here.  This is a die you will find yourself using a lot.  I know I will with all the birds are use in my creations.
Thank you so much for stopping by today to view this creation.  It is appreciated very much.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you again soon.  These are the dies used.

CottageCutz Victorian Butterfly Gift Box

Greetings friends and papercrafters.  Today's Cottage Cutz creation is a gift box made with the beautiful dies from the "Victorian Release".  The dies from this release have gorgeous scrolls and sweeping lines.  They make an elegant addition to any creation.
The box was created with the We R Memory Keepers Gift Box Punch Board.  All the corners are embellished with the Butterfly Flourish Vine.  Tim Holtz distress ink Broken China and Stormy skies were used to color these vines.
On two of the sides the Fancy Victorian Butterfly accents the gift box.  The butterflies were painted with glue and sprinkled with sparkling glitter.
The Fancy Victorian Frame die was used under the cabbage rose along with the sweet Butterfly die from the Petite's collection.  The Bella Leafy Branch die is under the rose.
You can see how you can make your gift boxes shine as the star of the gift giving by dressing the boxes up with the gorgeous CottageCutz dies from The Scrapping Cottage.  Thank you so much for viewing this project today.  Until next time,  Happy Crafting.  See You Soon.
